Questions, answered
Straight answers, no fine print. More on the FAQ page or contact us.
Is the board on this page my real data?
No. It is fictional sample data that lives in your browser so you can try dragging and editing. A free account keeps your real applications.
Does the tracker apply to jobs for me?
No. It only records what you did and what comes next. You apply on the employer’s own site or on JobPilot.
Can I track jobs I found on other sites?
Yes. Add any job manually with its link, notes and contacts.
What does “stale” mean?
An application that has sat in Applied or Interviewing for ten days or more with no update. It is a nudge to follow up or close the card.
Can I export my data?
You can export and delete your data from your account at any time. The demo board lets you download its sample data as a CSV file.
