Can I try JobPilot without paying?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. It includes your profile, job matching, a few resume checks, interview practice and the application tracker.
How does payment work?
Payments are handled by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). JobPilot never sees or stores your card details. A plan only turns on after Razorpay confirms the payment to our server.
Does my plan renew by itself?
No. You pay for a fixed period and nothing is charged automatically. If you buy the same plan again before it ends, the new days are added to the end.
What happens when my plan ends?
You move back to Free. Your resumes, applications and saved items are kept. Anything above the Free limits stays visible but you cannot add more until you upgrade again.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy for what is covered. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and normally take 5 to 7 working days to show up.
Do you promise me a job?
No. JobPilot helps you prepare and organise your search. It cannot promise interviews or offers, and employers make their own decisions.
