These terms are an agreement between you and JobPilot ("we", "JobPilot") for the use of JobPilot.in and its tools. By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use JobPilot.
Who can use JobPilot
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
What JobPilot is
JobPilot is a career-assistance platform: a job board, matching, resume and application tools, AI-assisted writing and practice tools, and hiring tools for employers. We are not an employer or a recruitment agency, we do not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed or hired, and we do not guarantee any salary outcome. Hiring decisions are made only by employers.
Job seekers
- Keep your profile and resume truthful. Do not claim jobs, degrees, certifications or skills you do not have.
- Use AI suggestions as drafts. You are responsible for checking and for everything you send to an employer.
- Do not scrape, copy or resell job data, and do not use bots or automated tools against the site.
Employers
- Only post real, current jobs that you are authorised to fill. Do not post jobs that ask candidates to pay a fee, deposit or "registration" charge, and do not collect payment or sensitive documents such as Aadhaar or bank details before a genuine offer.
- Job posts must be lawful and non-discriminatory. We review posts and may reject, edit, suspend or remove any listing, and may suspend an employer account, to protect candidates.
- Use candidate information only for hiring for the role it was given for, and keep it secure.
Content you provide
You keep ownership of your resumes, profile and other content. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service, for example showing your application to the employer you apply to. You promise you have the right to provide it and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
Jobs from other sources
Some listings come from partner feeds or other public sources. We try to check them but cannot guarantee that every listing is accurate or still open. Applying through an external link takes you to another website that has its own terms and privacy policy.
Paid plans and payments
Paid plans and job packs are bought for a fixed period, in Indian rupees, through Razorpay. They do not renew automatically. A plan or credit is added only after the payment is confirmed. Prices, limits and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and may change for future purchases. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, harass others, post false or misleading content, upload malware, try to access other people's accounts or data, probe or attack the service, or use it to collect personal data for other purposes.
Suspension and ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why.
Our responsibility
We provide JobPilot "as is" and work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions made by employers or candidates, or for loss caused by AI suggestions you chose to rely on. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you before it applies. Continuing to use JobPilot after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the location of our registered office, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to approach the forum available to you by law.
